Returns within 30 days: In the unlikely case, we accept returns of defective candles.
How to return: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
